We are distributors of the EuroSteam Iron, with an in-iron water boiler that creates steam separately from the element that heats the soleplate. The iron can blast out steam while the soleplate remains cool. You can leave the iron soleplate down on fine fabric forever without worry of the garment being scorched. 

No bigger (but much sturdier) than a typical household iron, the EuroSteam creates consistent blasts of steam regardless of soleplate temperature, and never spits, since the water is always fully heated. This iron is exceptional in the steaming of hooked rugs. Even the tighest hooked rug will lay flat after steaming with this iron. You can steam the rug on a counter, table or wherever you can lay it down easily and almost immediately return to hooking.
